with volatility is headed closer to 10,500 rather than back to retesting 10,000 as the current bottom of the cycle. After about 10,500 or better, about June, there could be a surprise (I'll update weekly) that rattles the markets temporarily below 10,000 which relatively soon corrects back.
(about the same for the Nasdaq in reference to 2000 and 1900)
